Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026 · Yabuh Ltd, Canada · help@yabuh.org
These terms cover your use of Yabuh, a marketing platform operated by Yabuh Ltd, a federally incorporated Canadian company. By using the service you agree to them.
Which sites these cover. Yabuh Ltd trades under several addresses and these terms apply to all of them: yabuh.com and its subdomains including app.yabuh.com and projects.yabuh.com, together with yabuh.org, yabuh.ca, yabuh.co.uk and yabuh.ae. They are one company and one service.
What the service does
- Reads your Google Search Console data and your own website, and suggests wording changes to help you be found.
- Writes blog posts, social posts and case studies about your business for you to approve.
- Applies approved changes to your website where we built and host it.
- Publishes approved posts to your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account or Google Business Profile, where you have connected them.
- Where you subscribe to it, answers your phone and text messages and passes the details back to you.
Nothing goes out without your approval
We write; you decide. No article, post or wording change reaches your website or your social accounts until someone approves it. You can edit anything before approving it, and you can hide or delete published items from your app afterwards.
What you own
Your business information, your photos and the content published under your name are yours. We claim no ownership of them. We may show your published work as an example of our service only if you agree in writing. The platform itself, its software and its methods remain ours.
What you are responsible for
- That the information you give us is accurate — prices, services, hours and claims about your business.
- That you have the right to use the photos you upload.
- That you hold any licence or registration your trade requires.
- Reviewing what we write before you approve it. You know your business; we do not.
- Keeping your login secure, and telling us if you think it has been used by someone else.
Platform rules apply to your content too
When we publish on your behalf we are bound by the rules of the platform we publish to — the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards for Facebook and Instagram, and the Google Business Profile content policies for Google. We will not publish false claims, fake or incentivised reviews, misleading offers, or content that breaks those rules, even if asked to. If something you want published would break a platform's rules we will tell you why rather than post it.
You keep control of the connection: you can disconnect Facebook, Instagram or Google from Connect accounts in the app at any time, which removes our access immediately.
What we do not promise
We cannot promise a particular position in Google, a number of leads, or a level of sales. Search rankings are decided by Google and are influenced by competitors, your market and factors outside anyone's control. We promise to do the work described above competently and to show you exactly what was done.
Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms may change their rules or their access at any time. If that stops part of the service working, we will tell you plainly and adjust what you pay.
Paying
Fees are shown before you subscribe and are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Calls and text messages, where used, are billed on usage and shown in your app. Prices can change with 30 days' notice. Fees already paid for a period are not refunded when you cancel part-way through it, unless we have failed to provide the service.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing help@yabuh.org; the service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, uses the service unlawfully, or repeatedly publishes content that breaches a platform's rules. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and anything already published on your own website stays yours.
Limits of liability
We are liable only for direct losses we cause, and only up to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applying there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change affects you.
